Don’t panic - we at ABP Southampton Half Marathon have your back, we wouldn’t just enter you into our events without giving you the best advice to make sure you succeed on the day.

FREE Training Plans

Firstly our FREE training plans, provided by running experts, Running With Us, and alternative plans by Women's Running. These plans are for you to steal and use (make sure you print them off and put them somewhere where you will see them everyday).

If you are looking for a fun social group to join, to help you fit your weekend long run in with, then look no further. 

After the success of last year's Sunday Run Sessions, they will be back!  They are starting on Sunday 15th January and will help you build your distance so that you are ready for race day!!  See the Sunday Run Sessions page for further details and to sign up.
